Return Policy

Cancellation, exchange and return policy

Once all orders are confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please make sure to check product details and notes thoroughly before placing your order.


All products proven (see 2.) damaged during shipping may be returned for a full refund.

2. Please check your packaging when the product arrives and take a video of the unboxing. If the product is damaged, please do not sign for it. If there is any damage, 


please notify the shipping company immediately on the day you receive the product.

If an item is returned due to prolonged absence or refusal to accept it, 

we may request reimbursement of actual return shipping costs and packaging materials.

Additionally, customers may be charged return shipping and transaction fees if they cancel or return an item after payment has been made.

Return or exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered.

Please note that returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:

This product does not match the image, color, or size on the screen.

This product will be returned without prior application for return or exchange.

Tags, price tags, tags or accessories are damaged, soiled or missing.

The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.

The item has been opened for use, altered, processed, or damaged by human factors such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, dirt, washing or cleaning, etc.

The condition of the item upon return may differ significantly from the original condition upon delivery (including packaging, box, accessories and warranty).

The item has become dirty, scratched, or has absorbed odors (such as from pets, tobacco, perfume, or cosmetics) while in the customer's possession.

The item was returned with the shipping label placed directly on the jewelry box.

 Personalized or customized items.

Malicious or bulk returns.

In other cases, the item is deemed unsuitable for resale.
