Delivery information
Once an order is placed and payment is received and authorized, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and SOBOLD is not responsible for any delays caused by third party carriers.
All transactions are processed in the local currency of your country (please select your preferred currency accordingly).
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong statutory holidays. If you place your order after 12pm on Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Hong Kong local orders
This is our standard delivery option. Your order will be delivered within 2 - 7 business days.
We try to deliver your items within 7 days but as all our items are made to order it may sometimes take longer.
If you need items by a specific date, please send us an email.
All local orders will be shipped via SF Express, and tracking numbers will be provided for customers to track.

According to Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance regulations, all imported personal express shipments require real-name authentication.
If the consignee is an individual, please download the "EZ WAY Yiliwei" APP and complete the real-name authentication bound to the mobile phone number.
The consignee information must be consistent with the information in the APP.

(Australia) Standard International Shipping:
Cooperate with Hongkong Post Shipping (E-Post+ or Speedpost Service)
Shipping charges and all taxes on all orders will be paid by the customer (signature required for pickup).
When each order is placed, a fixed shipping fee of HK$200 will be charged. The actual shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the goods. If the shipping fee is less than $200, the difference will be refunded;
If it exceeds $200, we will email a payment link to make up the difference.
Once the order is dispatched, a shipping receipt and tracking number will be provided for tracking, and a signature is required for pickup.
